Projetly was born from a problem our founders experienced firsthand. After spending years leading customer onboarding and implementation teams at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, they saw the same pattern repeat: sales would close a great deal, then hand it off to CS and everything the sales team had learned would vanish. The CS team started every kickoff on a blank slate, re-discovering what had already been promised, re-qualifying pain points, and rebuilding trust that had already been earned.

We interviewed dozens of VP CS and Director of Implementation leaders across the US to validate this. Every single one described the same problem. That's when we decided to build Projetly is the first AI-native Digital Sales Room that doesn't stop at closed-won.
